I am happy to teach at any level, having experience working with athletic bodies to those with limited mobility.
I am available to teach in London and offer very competitive rates to ethical companies particularly those working for social change. These classes are offered in your workplace at lunchtimes.
I also offer a hour and a half private class one on one, which will really help you understand your body and the postures in Yoga that can really benefit you.
